5 Day Intensive

Join me and a small group of musicians for a 5-day coaching intensive.

We'll meet at 7:30 pm for 5 days of small group coaching.

We will tackle Avoidance, Players Block, the impact of Self-talk, and the importance of small goals versus Big goals.

Each session will have works sheets and action steps to take to give you tools and move forward on your music journey.

This intensive is meant to break through mental and emotional barriers that may be holding you back and/or feeding anxieties.

If you have a specific goal you're working on please feel free to share it during this intensive.
