Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
First: Recognize the thoughts as soon as they occur, and remind yourself that it's normal to not have all the answers and you are actively progressing.
Have a reality check, If you're feeling a little stupid it does not mean you are. When your feeling doubtful try saying to yourself "this is a feeling, not a fact"

What is imposter syndrome? Imposter syndrome can be defined as a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success. Overcoming this is a process, there is no quick fix. But you can put Imposter Syndrome into serious remission.
Imposter Syndrome thoughts: It or I must be perfect, I can't fail, I feel fake. Downplaying milestones and success. Not accepting failure or mistakes as a teachable moment.
